What are groups?

Groups on Hifive are designed for companies (e.g., Talkdesk) or organizations (e.g., Pavilion) to harness the collective power of shared relationships and introductions. When you join a group, every member contributes their contacts to a shared pool, creating a multiplier effect exponentially increasing the group’s networking potential. Within these groups, members can both request introductions to specific individuals in the pooled network and proactively offer introductions to others, fostering a dynamic exchange of opportunities. Group metrics and stats—such as the number of members, successful intros, and payout totals—are readily available within the group dashboard to keep everything transparent and actionable.

There are two types of groups:

• In Collaborative Groups, you can invite unlimited members, and everyone in the group gains the ability to search and explore the collective pool of relationships—supercharging your reach.

• Meanwhile, Premium Connector Groups offer access to an elite network of top-tier connectors who’ve opted-in to support companies they’re excited about, amplifying your influence with their expertise and contacts.
